After we hung up, I gave Todd a call about the AlC unit. He said he would have someone stop by tomorrow to investigate. About 20 minutes after I spoke to him, he called me back and said he is sending someone over this evening.

He got the unit running and then stayed for bit to make sure it is functioning properly, tested thetemperature ofthe air, etc. So we are up and running. I left a message for Todd thanking him for the phenomenal service; I really appreciated the fact that he was going to stop by tomorrow ... and then to have him send someone over tonight went above and beyond.

Our house is so very comfortable. Whatever you guys did was amazing. Every place in all the rooms are perfectly comfortable. We have the fans running continuously yet we really don't sense any air movement at all just total comfort.
